Muzzle Stop

Muzzles from The Muzzle Movement are fully functional as supplied and require no additional strapping. The muzzle stop is an optional accessory for handlers who want extra security at the back of the head — a useful addition for dogs that have learned to work a muzzle loose and flick it forward over the ears.

How it works

The muzzle stop is a figure-eight strap cut from BioThane. The muzzle's head strap passes through one loop and the dog's collar passes through the other, tying the two together so neither can be pulled forward over the head. It adds a second point of restraint without adding pressure or bulk.

Choosing a size

Size is determined by collar width, not by the muzzle. Measure the collar at its widest point — and include the buckle if the buckle needs to pass through the loop during fitting.
