Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You will see the exact shipping cost during checkout before completing your purchase. We ship via FedEx and USPS.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: Most in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days
  • Drop Shipped Items: Most Tomahawk Live Trap items and some items from other vendors require additional processing times. When such times exceed 7-10 business days, we will send you an email to update you on expected ship times.
  • Shipping Time: 3-7 business days for standard shipping once processed
  • Delivery Time: 4-9 business days 
  • Expedited Options: Available at checkout for faster delivery

Note: Some items ship directly from manufacturers and may require additional processing time. These items are clearly marked on the product page.

Shipping Locations

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. International shipping is not currently available.

Back-Orders

If an item becomes out of stock after you order, we will:

  1. Notify you immediately
  2. Ship all in-stock items right away at no additional cost
  3. Ship remaining items as they become available at no additional shipping charge
  4. You may cancel back-ordered items at any time for a full refund

Inspect Your Shipment

Important: Inspect all merchandise immediately upon delivery, even if the box appears undamaged. Cardboard can spring back into shape while metal products inside may be damaged.

If Items Are Damaged:

  • Before signing: Note "DAMAGED MERCHANDISE" on the delivery receipt
  • FedEx/UPS shipments: Contact us immediately at 701-335-8144
  • Freight shipments: Note damage on freight receipt and contact the carrier within 2 business days, then contact us at 701-335-8144

Do not use damaged items - keep them in original packaging, new and unused.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

30-Day Return Policy

Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return:

We can provide a prepaid return label or schedule FedEx pickup ($15 pickup fee applies).

Refund Details

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund
  • Refunds processed within 7 business days of receiving returned items

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used items
  • Custom-made products (non-returnable and require full payment before manufacturing begins)

Refused Deliveries

Refusing delivery of undamaged merchandise will result in:

  • A 20% restocking fee
  • Deduction of all shipping costs
  • Credit to your account for the remaining balance
